Elaine is a licensed Master NLP Practitioner, NLP Business Practitioner, Ericksonian & Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner and Emotrance Practitioner based in Galashiels, in the heart of the Scottish Borders, less than an hours drive from Edinburgh.  Consultations are held at the Border Hypnotherapy Centre in Galashiels or if more convenient for the client, in the centre of Edinburgh.

She is a certified member of the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a worldwide organisation established in 1978 which was set up as a quality control measure by Dr Richard Bandler, the co-creator of NLP.  She trained with Dawn Flockhart and Thom Shillaw, of Brain Train Academy, two of Scotland's leading trainers of NLP and Hypnotherapy.  Eaine is a certified member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy (BIH) and is  on the National Register of Hypnotherapists.  She is also registered and licensed by The British Complementary Medicine Association.

Elaine previously held a senior position in one of the UK's major Financial Institutions and having worked in the financial sector for nearly 30 years has a wealth of experience in dealing with personal and business issues and change.

Elaine is a keen hillwalker and skier and competed in athletics for Scotland.
