Sports NLP

It doesn't matter what your sport or the level you compete at, the chances are that like most athletes
 Stop Negative Thinking

 Increase Self Belief

 Achieve Consistency

 Improve Inner Confidence

 Remove Limiting Beliefs

 Increase Motivation

 Cope with Stress & Anxiety

you are good at using
your mind to work against you.

It happens to us all and often at the worst possible time such as just prior to or during an important match,
race
or competition, particularly when the pressure is on.

The negative dialogue starts, the doubts start creeping in, you find all sorts of reasons as to why you won't
win or perform well....insufficient training or practice, weather conditions are not ideal, tiredness, over training, anxiety, stress etc. etc..... and guess what? - you live up to your expectations.

It doesn't matter how fit or technically good we are, if we do not use our minds in a positive way performance
will suffer
and we will never achieve our potential.  As a result the beliefs we then form about ourselves are limited and this leaves us expecting failure, or at best a far lower expectation of succes than we are capable of achieving.

By changing the way we use our minds, not just in training and competition but also in the rest periods in
between, we not only
enhance our self belief but our ability to deal with any challenges whether
physical or mentally improves - all of whch have a positive impact on performance levels.

Having competed in athletics at international level I know only too well how negative thinking can
affect performance. However by using a wide range of NLP strategies and techniques and, if appropriate,
hypnosis I can help you;

  • Eliminate negative internal dialogue
  • Develop greater confidence and self belief
  • Maintain or improve motivation levels
  • Cope with stress and anxiety
  • Remove limiting beliefs
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Reach your true potential
