  We all experience different stresses in our daily life, whether it be on a personal or professional basis and
  many
people feel overwhelmed, anxious and sometimes panicked as a result.  Stress and anxiety affects
  people both
mentally and physically with perhaps your mind saying one thing and your body another.

  Do you have internal
conflict trying to juggle everything? Saying such things as; "I must do... but need to do...
  I shouldn't have done
that..... I ought to....there's not enough hours in the day..."  Do you spend so much time    
  thinking and worrying
about all the things you need to do that you have even less time to do them?

 
  Stress is not all bad for us, however if the feelings become too strong or go on for too long they can make us
  feel bad and stop us from doing whatever it is we want to do.

  While Spa treatments are great at the time, the beneficial effects are usually short lasting.  During our Stress
  Reduction & Relaxation workshops at the Border Hypnotherapy Centre in Galashiels , you will be shown how to
  use the most up to date NLP tools and techniques to help you relax and manage and reduce stress and anxiety levels  
  now and in the future.  As well as being relaxing and informative these sessions are informal and fun, after all  
  laughter is the best stress reliever.  We finish each workshop with a relaxing Group Hypnosis session. I can guarantee
  that you will leave feeling good, relaxed, less anxious and better able to deal with any of life's stresses that may come
  up in the future.

  Unlike most classes where you have to commit to a certain number of evenings or days over a period of weeks, these  
  sessions are structured so that you can come to as many or as few as you like.

 As Groups are small to ensure everyone gets the best experience possible, please phone or e-mail 
 early to book your place and ensure the afternoon or evening you want is available.

Saturday 4 hour workshops -  £45 per session or book 2 in advance for £80

Thursday 2 hour workshops - £20
per session or block book 3 in advance for £50
