Having previously worked in a Financial Institution for over 20 years, working my way up from office junior to
Senior Management level, I understand only too well the issues facing people at all levels within companies.

The stress we are under in our personal lives and the stress that awaits us at work are both on the rise and, while some stress is normal and good for keeping us on our toes, excessive stress diminishes productivity and efficiency
and adversly affects our physical and emotional health.


Unfortunately, for some people "redunduncy", "reduced hours" and "budget cuts" have become an all too normal part of
the day to day language heard in their office or place of work.  Some people have so much work or so many challenges
that they become overwhelmed, while others don't have enough to do or lack sufficient challenge.  Everyone is different

When people feel stressed they often lose confidence and become irritable or withdrawn, all of which makes them
less productive and effective.  If work stress goes unattended it can lead to bigger problems and increased abseteeism.

Many of us make stress worse by continually using patterns of thinking or behaviour that keep the pressure on ourselves. 
Using the most up to date teachings in NLP, our workshops teach people not only how to change what they are feeling now,
but how to recognise, manage & reduce their stress levels so they have more control over their emotions and behaviours in
the future.  As they learn to manage their reaction to stress both on a personal and professional capacity they will have
more control over their ability to think and act more apppropriately. 

We provide Stress Management workshops and personal 1-2-1 sessions, which are flexible and structured to meet the
specific requirements of the business and it's employees.  As such the duration and content of workshops will vary
accordingly and can range from one or two hours up to a full day or longer if required or combined with other workshops. 
By reducing stress levels in employees, organisations find that absenteeism levels fall and, recognising the benefits,
offer these sessions as part of by providing space on the either lunch time or evening workshops or personal 1-2-1 sessions
